Everything you need to know about booking and riding with Touch of Excellence AZ.

How do I book a ride?

You can book by submitting a request on our website's Request Car Service form, calling us at (603) 303-8797, or emailing Tony@TouchOfExcellenceAZ.com. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, though we can often accommodate same-day requests.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Phoenix Valley, with a focus on Estrella Mountain Ranch, Verrado, and Goodyear. We also cover Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Glendale, and Buckeye — and are happy to discuss trips beyond the Valley.

What airports do you service?

We provide service to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), including all terminals. We track your flight in real time and adjust pickup automatically for delays.

What's included in the rate?

Our rates include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, and standard amenities (water, climate control). Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. Tolls and parking fees, where applicable, are itemized separately.

Can I make multiple stops?

Absolutely. We customize each ride to your itinerary. Whether it's a multi-stop wine tour, a bar crawl, or a wedding with multiple venues, we'll plan the route with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee. For weddings and large events, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Corporate accounts can be set up with monthly invoicing.

Is gratuity expected?

Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. A standard 15-20% is appreciated for exceptional service, but never required.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Touch of Excellence AZ is fully licensed and insured, and all chauffeurs are professionally trained, vetted, and background-checked.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Yes. If you've worked with a specific driver in the past, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track all incoming flights in real time. For airport pickups, your chauffeur adjusts automatically — no extra charge for flight delays.

Do you offer recurring or subscription service?

Yes. Many of our corporate clients use us on a recurring basis. We can set up weekly, monthly, or custom recurring schedules with preferred pricing.
